Mixed lentils burger
Ingredients

For the patty/burger

Mixed lentils 100 gms
Two small carrots grated
One potato par boiled and grated
1/2 tsp chilly powder
2 bread slices for binding
2 cubes procesed cheese grated
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp aam choor/dry mango powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil as required

Sweet creamy sauce

Store bought mayoneese 1 cup
Onion powder 1tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Salt a pinch
Vinegar 1 tsp

To serve
Burger buns 4
Lettuce 
Tomato rings
Onion rings
Cheese slices

Procedure :
1. Pressure cook lentils with a pinch of salt until soft
2. Mix all the ingredients for patty
3. Divide them into four parts n shape them into burger
4. Next roll these burgers in bread crumbs and shallow fry
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients and creamy sauce is ready
6. To assemble the burger, apply creamy sauce and place lettuce leaf on a horizontal cut of buns
7. Next place a tomato slice and burger,  then an onion slice and the remaining part of bun
8. Lentils burger is ready.
Tastes best with tomato ketchup and mustard. Also served with fries or potato chips.
